Every item that leaves the studio is hand-made by me and because of that, all sales are final. Please review all pictures and listing descriptions before making a purchase and if you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to ask before making your purchase.

I recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings or any other customized pieces prior to placing your online order as all sales are final. 

There will be absolutely no circumstance where an item that is labeled “Custom” or “Made-to-order” will be returned or exchanged.

Anything that arrives at your door damaged from the mail, you may return it within 7-days of receipt. I will repair free of charge. Repairs are at my discretion. Please contact me prior to shipping back an item. 

Please note: based on the difference in production of ring size mandrels, ring sizes can have a 1/4 – 1/2 size variance between sizes on my mandrel and your mandrel.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

After your order has been placed, please allow for 3-5 processing days before your order will be shipped. This is to allow your piece to have its final polish and be packaged before it is shipped.  

I will try to accommodate any time frames or deadlines you need to meet just contact me prior to placing your order.

If your package is lost by the mail, I cannot offer a replacement or a refund. Please purchase the appropriate insurance for the package.
