How can I purchase your jewelry?
You can shop directly through my website or catch me at local markets and events around Crested Butte. Follow along on Instagram @trailmadedesigns for updates on collection releases and in-person events. You can also find more information about in-person markets here: Markets
Do you take reservations on pieces during collection releases?
At this time, I don’t offer reservations. Pieces are available on a first-come, first-served basis once a collection goes live.
Do you take customs?
Typically, no — but feel free to reach out if you’re interested in a remake of a design I’ve already created. We can discuss if it’s possible! Send me an email at trailmadedesigns@gmail.com to chat.
Can I make multiple payments on pieces?
Yes! I offer Shop Pay and other payment options at checkout that allow you to split your purchase into installments.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Because each piece is handcrafted, all sales are final. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out to me at trailmadedesigns@gmail.com so we can make it right. You can find more information about returns and shipping here: Shipping & Returns
What materials do you use?
All Trail Made pieces are handcrafted with high-quality metals, mostly recycled sterling silver, plus natural stones and turquoise. I select materials that are durable enough for everyday wear and outdoor adventures.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, or sweat when possible. Store pieces in a dry place, and gently polish with a soft cloth to maintain their shine. For more information, look here: Jewelry Care
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I only ship within the United States. I hope to offer international shipping in the future—stay tuned!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
What if my jewelry breaks?
Each piece is handcrafted with care, but accidents happen! If your jewelry breaks, please email me at trailmadedesigns@gmail.com.I can discuss repair options and help get your piece back in shape.
Do you offer gift packaging or gift cards?
Yes! All jewelry is shipped in a lovely gift box. Gift cards are available so your loved ones can choose their favorite pieces. Purchase one here.
